Funny how the plot bunnies always seem to strike in the wee hours of the morning. This is a quick little Lateef/Archimedes (Karruna and I’s OCs) fic that I did out of boredom and insomnia.
For context, (which only Karruna will probably get anyway xD) this takes place about 10 years after the KKN establishes itself as a successful business in the Netherworld, making it 10 years since Archi joined and a few years before he married Celeste. TL;DR, it’s set before recent times in the current RP.
Warning for some cursing, use of alcohol, and shonen-ai…Ooh, how shocking.

…Apparently I wrote a Vyers-themed parody of “Tik Tok”. I can’t feel anything but deep shame.
...Karruna convinced me to write this. I'm not sure why.
This was it. Three months after their adventure together had come to a close - three long, arduous months of waiting for the perfect moment to come clean with Rozalin - Adell had finally mustered up the courage to speak.
He approached her bedroom door with the unsteady gate of a man at sea, heart hammering in his chest like a piston. She opened the door before his hand could even brush the knob, and a feeling of dread came over him.
She knows, he thought, cold sweat beading on his brow. And she’s not happy about it. I should have known better… However, Rozalin’s reaction surprised him; rather than turning him away, she stepped aside.
“Come in,” she said calmly. “There’s something you wanted to discuss, correct?” Adell nodded, swallowing hard, and followed her inside. She closed the door with a firm click as he stood off to the side of the bed, allowing her to sit before he spoke.
“I-I…” he stammered, then paused. I’ve only got one chance to get this right. Don’t screw up now, Adell. “There’s something I’ve been meaning to say for a while. I didn’t want to, but I made myself wait to see if you’d stick around…” Rozalin looked at him quizzically, one delicate eyebrow arching.
“…I love you, Rozalin,” he said. His voice had steadied, though his hands still trembled and his heart beat at a frantic pace. “I thought it was just a crush at first, but now I know better. You’re the only woman I’ll ever love; I want to spend the rest of my life by your side, no matter what happens to us.” He exhaled a long, shivering sigh. “That’s all I wanted to say. You can take it or leave it, but I couldn’t go on without telling you…I-“
“It wouldn’t be your style, right?” she replies, lips curling into a demure smile. “Predictable as ever. I knew from the moment you showed up at my door that you were going to give me a trite little confession like this.” Adell’s heart sank even further, and he began to turn away as she spoke again.
“Really, it’s sort of charming…If you can stomach the cliche,” she said, rising to her feet. “And it saves me the trouble of telling you first.” Sighing, she rolls her eyes a little, her smile becoming good-natured. “I love you too. Now please, stop pouting. It doesn’t suit you.”
“Rozalin…” Adell murmured, embracing the blonde and pulling her to him. She pressed her lips to his, soft and sweet against his own calloused mouth, guiding him to lay down on the bed with her. After a few minutes, he broke the kiss, gazing tenderly at her as he stroked her hair.
“I’ll let you have me, if you wish,” she said, lowering her voice as her cheeks flushed with color. The two lovers stripped off their clothes, mouths meeting again as her curvaceous body writhed sensually against him, stirring the embers that dwelled within him into passionate flame.
And then he put his thingy in her thingy and they did it.
